How to merge PDF files
- Drop two or more PDF files into the box above, or tap choose files.
- Check the pages. Drag them into the right order; on a phone, drag by the ⠿ handle. Pages from different files are marked with different colours.
- Rotate or remove pages you don’t need, then press Merge PDF and Download.
Pages are copied into the new file unchanged: text can still be selected and copied, links and image quality are kept. Merging happens in your browser, so even large documents never travel over the internet.
Need to add one more file? Press Add files at any time. Made a mistake? Undo (Ctrl+Z) reverts any step.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on the number or size of files?
There’s no fixed limit. The only limit is your device’s memory: a modern computer easily handles hundreds of pages, a phone a little less.
Will the quality change?
No. Pages are copied without being recompressed, so text, images and fonts stay exactly as they were.
Can I merge PDFs on my phone?
Yes. Pages are moved by the ⠿ handle in the corner of each page.
Why do I get an error?
Usually the PDF is password-protected or damaged. Remove the password and try again.
