How to add text to a PDF

  1. Drop a PDF into the box, or tap choose files.
  2. With Text active, click a spot on the page and type. Click the next spot to fill the next field. Use Tick, Cross and Date the same way. Drag anything to adjust its position.
  3. Press Save PDF and Download.

Fill in any form

Many forms are published as plain PDFs without fillable fields: applications, questionnaires, invoices. Here you can type into any of them. Choose the size, colour and font of the text, move it to the line and resize it with the corner handle.

Text stays text

What you type is saved as real text with an embedded font, not as a picture. It prints sharply, can be selected and found with search. Latin, Cyrillic, Azerbaijani and Turkish letters are supported.

Frequently asked questions

Can I edit the existing text of the PDF?
Not directly: this tool adds new text on top of the page. To correct a word, cover it with a white image or type the new text next to it.
How do I fill several fields quickly?
Keep Text active: click a field, type, click the next field. Press Text again or Esc when you’re done.
Does it work with Cyrillic and Azerbaijani letters?
Yes. The font supports Latin, Cyrillic, Azerbaijani (ə, ğ, ş…) and Turkish letters.
Is it safe for personal forms?
Yes. The PDF is processed in your browser and never sent anywhere.
